It was a cold start for the day and temps never really got past 40 F I think. Yes. That says 23 F. Hot like a polar bear’s toenail
Yep. Cold enough that we had to figure out how to stay hyrdated. Frozen water and all. At least it was 0 calories.
But it’s cool. The scenery more than makes up for it. This kind of riding warms the soul.
Gooseberry Mesa was just like any other trail. It had its ups.
It had its downs.
It was flat here and there.
There was even a small stream.
But it was good times all around.
Even first time riders did okay. First time as in doesn’t even know how to use gears. Notice the only one smiling here.
But he said he had a good time and that he didn’t hate me and Ed.
Definitely worth a trip again. In warmer weather. Anyone?
