Full Body Cramp

Sat 18th. Fun for the whole family! I’ll be there with Erika as she walks Noah around the ~5mile loop. There is a lower walkway for skaters, bikers, walkers, runners, etc and trails all over the outskirts of the lake. Meet at the bathrooms by the parking lot/boat launch.

If those who could join us, that’d be cool.  There’s a lot of climbing on this ride with pretty much everything else so it would be a good workout.  Lunch at Manyana’s in Alpine afterwards. Chip and salsa on me.

Meet at bottom parking lot at 7:30am sharp so we can beat most of the heat. Bring your adventure pass.
